Escrow Account

An account opened for the Client, where the Bank commits to receiving and crediting funds, as well as transferring these funds to beneficiaries or returning them to the Client upon the occurrence of conditions stipulated by the contract. .

Opening an escrow account at the Bank facilitates the process of purchasing shares from the ultimate beneficiaries of a joint-stock company

In international practice, buying real estate through an escrow account at the Bank is recognized as the safest method of transaction. The buyer, by depositing funds into the Bank's account, can be assured of their security until all transaction conditions are met and documents are signed, while the seller can verify the buyer's funds and transaction capability.
